We're NOW an MCS Approved Installer

air cool engineering (NI) Ltd is delighted to announce that we have achieved the MCS Approved Installer certification.

The MCS Approved Installer certification scheme was introduced by the Government, to ensure all products, designers, suppliers and installers meet benchmark standards to ensure that the technology is sold and installed fairly and to the highest level of quality.

Not only does this prevent non accredited installers from offering grant funding such as the Renewable Heat Premium Payment or the Renewable Heat Incentive, it gives consumers the confidence that the information they are provided with, the design and installation will be completed to the high standard expected. 

Before achieving the MCS Approved Installer certification, air cool engineering (NI) Ltd had to also achieve membership of RECC - which is a consumer code of conduct designed to protect the consumer. As with MCS, the business was thoroughly assessed to ensure the information given out by air cool engineering (NI) Ltd, including both advice, sales techniques and after sales support, is correct and not misleading.  RECC and MCS will carryout annual audits to ensure high standards are maintained.
