air cool engineering (NI) starts work on new offices

Fresh lease of life for derelict site as
air cool engineering (NI) Ltd starts work on new offices

air cool engineering (NI) Ltd is giving a fresh lease of life to a former  town centre water board yard, which has been derelict for approximately ten years. Work is already well underway in the construction of  the Limavady based heating, cooling ventilation and ventilation contractor's NEW purpose built offices.

Throughout the recession, air cool engineering (NI) Ltd has sustained turnover in the design, installation and maintenance of air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems.  As an established and reputable HVAC contractor, air cool engineering has quickly secured installation and maintenance contracts with a number of national scale businesses which has provided a secure footing on which to build the business further.

Martin Mullan, for air cool engineering (NI) Ltd said: 'Our current premises in Aghanloo, have served us well over the last 5 years. However, as our business services and skills continue to grow, our headcount within our office has had to increase by over 50%.  While providing much needed local employment, it also enables air cool engineering (NI) Ltd to offer increased levels of service to existing and new clients. Our new purpose built offices will feature working heating, cooling and ventilation systems, allowing clients to see first hand, how our innovative product range can provide energy efficient and effective HVAC solutions, for both business and domestic use.'

Established in 1998, air cool engineering (NI) Ltd has evolved as one of the province's most reputable HVAC, specialising in commercial HVAC systems including air source heat pumps and heat recovery systems.  Further details are available by visiting our website, emailing here or telephoning our offices on +44 (0) 28 777 67114.
